No booking is guaranteed until you receive a confirmation e-mail from Rushmans Ltd following payment in full.

Any bookings made eight weeks before the event must be pre-paid by cheque, credit card or bank transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cannot attend, you must cancel your registration no later than eight weeks before the event to receive a full refund less 15% administration charge. We cannot accept verbal cancellations. Cancellations received after 15th September are liable for the full conference fee. Bookings are transferable within the same organisation on receipt of written confirmation.

DATA PROTECTION

The information you provide will be safeguarded by Rushmans Ltd, who may wish to share it with the sponsors of the event. If you object to being contacted by TELEPHONE FAX POST or E-MAIL please tick the relevant box.

DISCLAIMER

Rushmans Ltd will not be liable to the participant (delegate, exhibitor, sponsor or any other participant) or persons attending Sport Business Sports Event Management Awards Dinner 2009 for injury to persons or loss or damage to the participant’s property unless and only to the extent that it has been negligent.
Otherwise Rushmans Ltd will be under no liability to the participant whatsoever. Rushmans Ltd will not accept liability for any transport disruption, or individual transport delays and in such circumstance the normal cancellation restrictions apply.

In the event of a terrorist attack, alert or incident that prevents the running of SportBusiness Sports Event Management Awards Dinner 2009, Rushmans Ltd reserves the right to retain booking fees as a contribution to dinner bookings, all location, marketing and central administrative costs. Force majeure: in the instance of Rushmans Ltd being unable to fill its obligations to the participant through circumstances beyond their control (such as, without limitation, industrial dispute, war, terrorist action, or threat, rebellion, riot, civil commotion or disorder, transport disruption, general shortage of commodities of defects or delays in deliveries from a supplier due to any of the aforementioned circumstances then they shall (i) Notify, in writing, the participant accordingly (ii) Thenceforth be excused from performance of their obligations hereunder to the extent of such prevention, restriction or interference (iii) Be discharged from liability for cancellation of the event.
